Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the February 11 and 18 meetings were reviewed.  Lance Wang moved to accept
both. Bob Ross seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.

IBISCHK7 source code license:
Bob Ross reported that payment from Dassault was expected shortly.


New BIRD for BUG207:
Bob Ross showed an email he had written on the topic.  It proposed an addition to
section 6.2, Add Submodel Description:

"The [Model] extraction is done with all added Submodels removed or de-embedded.
The total buffer operation is based on the [Model] performance plus the Submodel voltage
controlled current sources at the buffer input or output terminal and according to the
[Add Submodel] mode.  So the output terminal may have different I-V or V-T performance
than documented by the [Model] alone."

Mike LaBonte suggested adding the detail that "extraction" pertains to V-T and I-V
curves.  Randy Wolff agreed with the placement. He noted that [Add Submodel] appears
on page 61 whereas [Submodel] is described starting at page 95.  We considered adding
something to page 61 also.  Mike suggested that the BUG207 issue was about extracting
data for [Model], wondering if there should be an addition to Notes on Data Derivation.

Bob suggested an AR to write a BIRD for the change.  Randy noted that the Data
Derivation section started on page 183.  We did not find a suitable paragraph to make
a change there.

Better IBISCHK error message for BUG210:
Bob Ross showed the IBISCHK output for the BUG210 testcase.  The message was:

"ERROR (line 21) - Orphan Component keyword".

Randy Wolff said he liked Bob's prior suggestion about using the word "hierarchy".
The error was that [Diff Pin] appeared after a [Model Selector], which had terminated the
prior [Component] section.  Bob showed the list of IBISCHK messages using "orphan".
Randy said the description text for E0501 was better than the actual message.
He noted that we would want to change all of the "orphan" messages, for [Model], etc.
Mike LaBonte said the E0502 message description was confusing.  Bob suggested the message
changes could be written into the next parser specification document.  He suggested
replacing "orphan" with "orphan (wrong location)" in general.  Randy suggested taking
"keyword" out of "Orphan data line keyword" in E0502.  Mike agreed.  Randy suggested
wording for E0501: "Keyword scoped under Component found outside Component hierarchy"
Bob preferred not having "Component" twice.  Randy said the second one could be dropped.
